Questions

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time. Your page stays live until the end of the period you have paid for.

Do I get money back?

Cancel anytime. No refunds for part-months. If you were charged by mistake, write to support@ladder.ink within 14 days.

What happens when my page is paused?

People can no longer see your page, your offers or your events. Nothing is deleted: your page, photos and followers are kept, and everything is back as soon as your plan is active again.

What if a payment fails?

We tell you by email. Your page stays live for 7 days so you can update your card.

Who handles the payment?

Stripe. Ladder never sees your full card number.
