Delete your account
You can delete your Ladder account and its data at any time, in the app or right here.
In the app
Open Ladder, go to Settings, then Account, then Delete account.
On this page
Enter the email address of your account. We send you a link to confirm; it works once and for one hour.
What is deleted
Your profile, posts, statuses, comments, messages, call records, follows and files. Your conversations are removed for the other people too. A business account's page is removed and its plan is cancelled.
What stays is described in the Privacy Policy (for example reports that involve you, without a link to your account, and records we must keep by law). Deleting can't be undone.
